  I'm so glad I found Rumanoff's for the all important decision of buying a ring. I already had a loose stone, and I knew the exact ring I wanted. Only problem was that I'm in New York City and this was a specific designer ring. Well you'd think it would super easy to google a place that sold it locally in NYC but that was not the case. I found five or so jewelry stores on the web which sold it, and after reading the reviews I decided to contact Rumanoff's. Best decision I could have made. I sent them a message and the very same day I was contacted by Steve. He was polite, cordial, and better yet - had absolutely no problem about me mailing my loose stone to the store and having it set in the ring of my choice. I just received the ring and it's beautiful of course. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, even if you're not a local.
